Do I have to pay extra for you to find the best deals?
No. We are paid directly by the suppliers themselves. You pay nothing extra to us at all.
Where in Oxford do I pick my car up from?
Once you have selected the best deal from our search page, you will be sent the pickup details from your car hire supplier. We do not supply the cars themseleves.
How do I pay for my Car Hire?
You can use your credit or debit card and pay via the secure online booking system.
Can I add an extra driver to my rental?
Yes. However, please check the specific rental company T+C's for how much this costs. You will be able to see the T+C's before you pay.
I would like to add a baby seat, can I do this?
Again, yes. You will need to ask for this when you order, payment is extra.
Is Insurance included?
Yes. When you hire your car within the UK will include Collision Damage Waiver, Third Party Liability and Theft. However, there will be an excess on the CDW that you will need to pay in the event of any damage done to the car.
What is the Excess?
This is the amount you would have to pay if the vehicle is damaged in any way (or stolen) that is not covered by the CDW. Typically this is about £500 - Please confirm this with your supplier if you are unsure
Can I take out extra insurance so I don't have to pay the excess?
Yes. When you make your rental booking you will be given the option to pay a few extra pounds per day to avoid having to pay the excess. This is not mandatory.
